Position Overview:

Front of the house manager for a fast paced, high volume restaurant. Must be able to work weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage restaurant inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies

General duties

Food safety and quality control

Team management and leadership

Implement food safety measures and quality control practices.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain high standards of food quality

Train and instruct staff in a fast paced environment

Proficient in reporting

Ability to exceed customer service

Qualifications:

7 years experience in a deli/restaurant management role, ideally in a high-volume environment.

Strong knowledge of food safety and quality control practices.

Experience in management, including inventory control and staff training.

Proficient in restaurant management software and Toast POS system.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Certification in food safety and management, such as ServSafe

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Pay based on experience plus bonus
